WHEN LOTTERY LIGHTS UP YOUR LIFE
December 8, 2011

Sometimes we question why the lotteries are still functioning, do they actually help people or do they immerse people in a wheel of reckless spending with the promise of a bright future that will not come? Why is it that lottery can sometimes land in the hands of people who are already rich when lottery should actually go out for those who are really in need?

Lotteries, simply don´t discriminate, whoever has a ticket can have the chance to win, however it still makes you think and hope that those who really really need it might get a piece of it, after all, lotteries support social causes. Lottery results

Usually when people win the lottery they have a whole list of extravagances under their sleeve eager to pop out , just like the list you usually give Santa, a list full of the coolest things money can buy – A house, a car, jewelry, take a vacation… But not Bridgette Allen. She just wants to turn the lights back on. US lottery

Bridgette and her husband, Lamont, had been having some financial difficulties lately. Lamont lost his job. They got to the point where they couldn’t even afford to pay the electrical bills nor the phone bill so they had to shut both off. To top it all off Bridgette also recently adopted her nephew’s two young kids because he couldn’t properly care for them. You would think, why someone in such a tight situation like this ever think of taking in more responsibility? Well maybe they were rewarded by their good intentions and maybe if there is universal justice and providence, then this is most probably the best example to illustrate it.

Bridgette Allen won the lottery. She won $100,000 in Virginia Lottery’s Cash 5 game. With this money she could have their phone and electricity back and have some light back in their lives, literally. The money was really needed and just when everything was about to get worse, there was a turning point.

Bridgette is the type of soul who is not only grateful, but she is definitely very sincere about sharing, even when she didn´t have much, and now that she does, she plans to share even more. You might think that given her situation and all the responsibility that is upon her back she should save every penny that she won. Well, not for Bridgette, she plans to donate a portion of her winnings to her church.

Do you imagine your daily life without electricity? Electricity is an essential need these days, and many of us simply take it for granted. You don’t really know what you have until it’s gone. Luckily, light in every sense of the word does come for those who have faith, who in their hearts there is goodness and yes it can practically mean that the lights of your house come back too.
