Clifford and Sharon Champeau have been loyal Lottery fans for years but with not much luck. They confess that they had never won much more than just a “buck or two” but luckily for them that has given a huge turn for they have just claimed a $60,000 Montana Cash jackpot.

This win comes as a big surprise for both Sharon and Clifford have been playing Montana Cash for years.

Clifford remembers the moment of the discovery of their win clearly, “I was sleeping in the chair, and she came in and said, ‘Check these numbers for me.’” After confirming the winning numbers, Sharon said, “It took a long time for it to sink in, and we still don’t believe it. It is very exciting.”

Sharon immediately called her son that morning and she left him a message saying that she had “really, really good news”. Her son knew that she had a practice of checking her numbers every Sunday morning, so he almost guessed that the good news would have related to winning something. Sharon, Clifford, and their son traveled to Helena to claim the jackpot win.
