There are games of games, and the instant scratchers offered by lottery offices in different states are always a great favorite, maybe it is because of the adrenaline that it causes when you scratch, maybe it is simply the best invention since the light-bulb. For whatever reason why these games are a great favorite, here are two fun stories that will certainly make you want to pick up a scratcher right away. Lottery numbers
Donna Kolis loves playing scratchers and last year she won it big, $50,000. And as if there was a magic recipe to win the lottery, this Wytheville woman has done it again and has scored a bigger win. She won $100,000 top prize in Jewel 7s.
She bought the ticket at Kangaroo Express, 690 East Main Street in Wytheville. She scratched the ticket while sitting in the car with her husband.
“I was hitting my husband on the shoulder every time I scratched a 7,” she admitted. Her excitement must have been quite contained in each hit.
Ms. Koils, retired and expressed that with this win she will settle some bills.
All Gelmer Chicas wanted was some milk and his trip to get it mysteriously landed him a top prize of $100,000. You can call it a temptation to see all those flashy scratcher tickets displayed at the counter, you can call it fate and luck once you win though.
Mr. Chicas went to 7-Eleven at 2704 North Washington Boulevard in Arlington and he was just there to pick up some milk but on his way out he suddenly decided to purchase a Diamond 7´s scratcher ticket and when he scratched it he was not even sure he had something special.
“I thought I’d won $1,000,” he admitted. “I asked some friends to check it.”
That’s when he discovered he’d won the top prize.
“I went out to the street and screamed,” he said.
Mr. Chicas said he has no immediate plans for his winnings.
These two lucky winners make winning simply feel so easy, somehow being able to see that there are people out there who can win more than once and also win while you are set to do the most mundane of things somehow makes the reader feel that winning can be an ordinary thing. And wouldn´t that be simply amazing?
