Skidmore purchased the ticket at Certified Oil, 10257 Lancaster Rd. in Hebron. He used auto lotto. The winning numbers were 11-23-36-38-39. Certified Oil receives a $500 agent bonus for selling a five-of-five Rolling Cash 5 ticket.
