A resident of New Concord won it all. Bonnie S. Cox won $20,000, the top prize on the instant game, Win It All.
Cox receives a check for $13,800 after mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent. She plans to use her winnings to purchase a new truck for her husband. Bonnie says he’s had to replace the transmission in his old truck three times.
