WINNING A $100,000 TOP PRIZE

A resident of Hamilton won a top prize scratching an Ohio Lottery instant game. Randy L. Sandlin won $100,000 on Fire & Ice 5’s.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Sandlin receives a check for $69,000.
He purchased the ticket from Five Mile Marathon. Located at 6790 Kellogg Avenue in Cincinnati, the retailer receives a $1,000 bonus for selling a top prize winning instant game.
