TWO TICKETS EACH WIN $34,613 PLAYING JERSEY CASH 5

Two winning Jersey Cash 5 tickets worth $34,613 each were sold in Essex and Passaic Counties for the Thursday, August 30 drawing. The Essex ticket was sold at Garden Café, 150 Bergen St., Newark and the Passaic ticket was sold at Jenessy Liquors, LLC, 299 Grand Street , Paterson .
Executive Director Carole Hedinger said the two winning tickets were the only ones sold for Thursday's drawing that matched all five numbers drawn. The winning numbers were: 01, 03, 08, 17, and 19.
“We are thrilled that the winning jackpot tickets were sold at the Garden Café and Jenessy Liquors, LLC ,” said Hedinger. “For selling these tickets, they will each receive a bonus check for $750. Overnight, they have become two more ‘lucky locations' for two very fortunate lottery winners.”
Hedinger also noted that 3385 other players won $61,226 in cash prizes in the Thursday drawing. For correctly picking four numbers, 126 players won cash prizes of $279.00 each and for correctly matching three numbers, 3259 players won $8.00 each.
