TWO $10,000 WINNING POWERBALL TICKETS SOLD IN RHODE ISLAND
June 18, 2012
Saturday night’s PowerBall drawing produced two $10,000 winners in Rhode Island.
Both tickets matched four numbers and the PowerBall number for a standard payout of $10,000. Neither player opted to purchase the PowerPlay feature for an additional dollar on the wager.  If they had, their $10,000 prizes would have been increased to $40,000.

McGreen's Fine Wine & Spirits at 1086 Willett Ave., East Providence sold one of the winning tickets.  The other $10,000 ticket was purchased at Li'l General at 556 Central Ave., Pawtucket.
Wednesday’s estimated PowerBall jackpot is $50 million.
