THREE IS LUCKY NUMBER FOR $1 MILLION SCRATCHERS WINNER

The third time was actually the charm for Helen Yang, who won $1 million on the last of three $250 Million Cash Spectacular Scratchers tickets she bought this week.
“Complete shock and awe” is how Yang describes the surprise win on the $10 Scratchers ticket. The winning ticket was purchased at Famima in the City National Plaza, which is located at 505 South Flower Street in Los Angeles (Los Angeles County). Retailers that sell top prize-winning $250 Million Cash Spectacular tickets receive a $5,000 bonus.
