Fowler of Cincinnati won $20,000 on $200 Million Extreme Cash. Tommy L. Jessie of Oxford won $10,000 on Blackout Bingo. William Hill of Cincinnati won $10,000 on 50 x the Money.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent are withheld, Smith receives a check for $69,000. Fowler receives $13,800. Jessie and Hill each receive $6,900.

Smith purchased the top prize winning Special Edition Cashword ticket from Xenia Avenue Market. Located at 659 Xenia Avenue in Wilmington, this retailer receives a $1,000 bonus for selling top prize winning ticket.
