Lady Luck has certainly shined on Tammy Nguyen. The Los Angeles area woman recently scored the top prize in the California Lottery Black Scratchers game. Nguyen said she plans on sharing some of the $250,000 with three of her cousins who typically play Lottery too.
Nguyen called her family once she discovered she had won. Like herself, Nguyen said, they couldn’t believe it. Now, she can daydream about what she might buy with the money. “Lots of things,” Nguyen said, which could include a trip to Hawaii!
Nguyen purchased her ticket at Newport Beach Corner Cafe, which is located at 6710 West Coast Highway in Newport Beach (Orange County).
