ROLLING CASH 5 CLAIMED IN TRUST

The winner of the July 2, 2012 $110,000 Rolling Cash 5 game has claimed their prize in Trust.

David R. Errington is Trustee of The Arrow Trust. The Trust receives $75, 900 after mandatory Federal and State tax withholdings totaling 31 percent.

University Carry Out sold the winning ticket. Holder of the ticket used auto lotto. The winning numbers were 1-4-6-25-27. Located at 1852 W. Bankroft Street in Toledo, University Carry Out receives a $500 agent bonus for selling a winning ticket.
