RHODE ISLAND WOMAN WINS $1 MILLION

Danya Izzo of Johnston, Rhode Island today claimed a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s 40th Anniversary Millions instant game.
Izzo selected the cash option on the prize and received a one-time lump sum payment of $650,000 (before taxes). She plans to use the winnings to pay off the mortgage on her
Izzo purchased the winning $20 ticket at James Quick Mark located at 55 James Reynolds Road in Swansea. The store will receive a $10,000 commission on the sale.
