PALM HARBOR MAN COLLECTS $1,000,000 MONOPOLY SCRATCH-OFF PRIZE

The Florida Lottery announces that David Theal, 38, of Palm Harbor, claimed a $1 million top prize in the $1,000,000 MONOPOLY Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee. Theal chose the one-time, lump-sum payment for his winnings in the amount of $700,000. He purchased his winning Scratch-Off ticket at Publix, located at 12139 W. Linebaugh Avenue in Tampa.

The $10 Scratch-Off game, $1,000,000 MONOPOLY, has four $1,000,000 top prizes remaining. The overall odds of winning are one in 3.33.
