ORLANDO MAN CLAIMS SHARE OF $17 MILLION FLORIDA LOTTO JACKPOT PRIZE

The Florida Lottery announces that Luis Santana, 34, of Orlando, claimed his share of the $17 million FLORIDA LOTTO jackpot from the drawing held on Wednesday, August 15. He chose to receive his winnings in a one-time, lump-sum payment of $3,016,930.29.

Kangaroo Express, located at 1500 N. Wekiva Springs Road in Apopka, received a bonus commission of $17,500 for selling the winning FLORIDA LOTTO ticket. This ticket marks the 36th jackpot-winning FLORIDA LOTTO ticket sold in Orange County since 1988.
