OCALA MAN WINS $3 MILLION FLORIDA LOTTO JACKPOT PRIZE

The Florida Lottery announces that John Mitton, 69, of Ocala, claimed the $3 million FLORIDA LOTTO jackpot from the drawing held on June 23. He chose to receive his winnings in a one-time, lump-sum payment of $2,171,801.17.
Publix, located at 4141 North Federal Highway in Boca Raton, received a bonus commission of $15,000 for selling the winning FLORIDA LOTTO ticket. This ticket marks the 84th jackpot-winning FLORIDA LOTTO ticket sold in Palm Beach County since 1988.
