The Florida Lottery announces that Cesar Altamirano, 34, of Miami, claimed a top prize in the LUCKY $1,000 A WEEK FOR LIFE Scratch-Off game, at Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee.

Altamirano chose to receive the winnings as quarterly payments of $13,000.00 for a minimum of 20 years. He purchased his winning Scratch-Off ticket at Coral Parks Liquors, located at 9800 S.W. 8th Street in Miami.
