CHARLESTON, W.Va. – West Virginia Lottery Director John Musgrave announced today that Michael Wolfe of Mason, W.Va., is the latest Royal Caribbean International® cruise winner from the lottery’s $10 instant game, CA$H & CRUISES.
The lucky ticket was purchased at the Fast 4 U on Rt. 62 in Mason by a long-time friend of Mr. Wolfe’s who gave him the winning ticket as a gift after he scratched it off and found that it was a cruise winner.
“We couldn’t believe it. My wife and I will be celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary tomorrow and it is also our daughter’s birthday. So this was a tremendous gift,” Wolfe said. “We do play the lottery every now and then, but to have a friend scratch off a cruise and then give it to you is something else. We are very excited about it.”
