MAPLE GROVE RESIDENT WINS $212,593 GOPHER 5 JACKPOT
August 7, 2012
Michael Polack of Maple Grove purchased a two-line quick-pick ticket for the July 30, 2012 Gopher 5 drawing. The second line on his ticket matched the winning numbers 1-7-13-14-29 drawn that night to win the jackpot of $212,593. Polack claimed the prize at Lottery headquarters on Aug. 3.

He bought the winning ticket at Holiday, located at 124 Central Ave. in Osseo.
