The lucky winner had uncovered the second-highest prize available on the $20 instant lottery ticket – her choice of a 2012 GMC Terrain, or $50,000. Ooleepeeka chose the cash prize.
“I started laughing and freaking out – there were so many emotions going through me!” she remembered. “I still can’t believe it to this day; it made me believe that an ordinary person like me really can win something like this!”
