Montréal, November 1, 2012 – For a second year, Loto-Québec’s Ingenio subsidiary is proud to support Mobiz – The Quebec Mobile Congress presented by the Canada Media Fund and organized by Alliance mobilité, to be held at the Hilton Montréal Bonaventure hotel on November 15, 2012.
As Alliance mobilité director Sébastien Foiret put it: “We can expect a rousing exchange of ideas this year at the more than 20 lectures and panel discussions organized by Mobiz. Among the expected speakers are President and CEO of Vidéotron Robert Dépatie, MNA for Laval-des-Rapides Léo Bureau-Blouin and Vicky Hamm, Mayor of Magog. In all, some 30 invited guests will address the challenges related to mobility. Mobiz is the must-see event to learn more about industry trends and what will shape its future.”
For Ingenio, which has supported innovation excellence in Québec for many years, the 2012 congress also provides an opportunity to award four prizes in as many categories, including the public-choice Mobiz STARTUP Award. “Jury members were impressed by the quality, originality and benefit of the nominated mobile solutions,” stated Yvon Théorêt, Director of Technology at Ingenio and award jury Chair.
