CHEAPEST GAS IN TOWN NETS $250,000 PRIZE FOR NORCAL MAN

Abdulraouf Razaq is a big-time Lottery player. He enjoys playing Scratchers games the most, but admits that he does play others as well. However, it wasn’t all Lottery games that drove him to purchase what turned out to be a $250,000 top prize-winning Strike it Rich! Scratchers ticket…it was “the cheapest gas in town.”
Razaq purchased said gas – and his winning ticket – at Kwik Serve, which is located at 950 West 11th Street in Tracy (San Joaquin County). He and his wife came into the Lottery’s Sacramento District Office this morning to claim their prize.
Razaq told us that he scratched his ticket as his car was filling up and he couldn’t believe what he was looking at. He said he went straight home to show his wife and although she didn’t know how to play the game, she soon discovered what he already knew – they were big winners!
The couple sat on the ticket for a few days – after Razaq made sure to sign the back – before finally taking it into a local store to verify their win. They said they’re “still a little shaky, but really excited.” Razaq said they plan to use their winnings to pay bills.
