BOZEMAN MAN CLAIMS $10,000 SCRATCH TOP PRIZE

Glenn Collins of Bozeman Friday claimed a $10,000 top prize for the “Pink Diamond Bingo” Scratch game with a ticket he purchased at Town Pump, located at 2607 W. Main St. in Bozeman.
Glenn decided to purchase $20 worth of tickets for fun, never having bought Lottery tickets before in his life. He told Lottery officials, “Those were my first Scratch tickets. I didn’t know it had won, I just had it in a pile of tickets I wasn’t sure about.” He asked the clerk at the Town Pump if he would scan them to see if they were winners. According to Glenn, when the clerk scanned the $10,000 winning ticket, he told Glenn simply, “You’re going to have to file a claim on this one. It’s pretty big.”
Glenn said he plans to save most of his winnings and use them toward his education.
