WINNING LOTTO TICKET SOLD IN DENVER
November 30, 2009
DENVER – One ticket sold in Denver matched all six numbers in the Nov. 25th Lotto drawing, winning a $3.7 million jackpot. The lucky ticket was purchased at King Soopers, 18605 Green Valley Ranch Blvd., Denver. The store will receive $5,000 for selling the winning ticket. The winning numbers were: 8-13-17-21-34-40.
The ticket holder, who has not yet come forward to claim the jackpot, has until May 24, 2010 to collect the prize. The ticket is worth $1.85 million in cash.
The probability of winning the Lotto jackpot is 1 in 5,245,786. Overall probability of winning any prize is 1 in 35. Sixteen people matched five of six numbers in Saturday night’s drawing, earning a $497 prize. Another 682 people matched four of six numbers to win $43.
