$100,000 WIN WAY MORE THAN REDKEY WOMAN WAS LOOKING FOR

INDIANAPOLIS – Frances Miskinis of Redkey plays the Hoosier Lottery sporadically, but only because she likes to win a free ticket.
"I saw the 23 match the 23 and I thought 'cool, I get two more tickets!'" said Miskinis.
But that wasn't the case for Miskinis. She actually won $100,000 on a $100,000 Double Play scratch-off game. Miskinis claimed the prize today with her two daughters.
"It's true," said one of her daughters. "She was upset because she couldn't turn the ticket in for another ticket."
The Jay County resident is pretty content with her current life so she is trying to decide what to do with her new winnings.
"I've got a great family that might need some spoiling," said Miskinis. "My son-in-law now has a favorite mother-in-law."
Miskinis purchased her winning ticket from Pak-A-Sak #1 at 1300 N. Meridian St. in Portland.
