$20,000 POWER PLAY WINNER AS POWERBALL CLIMBS TO $41 MILLION

(Madison) —The Powerball jackpot grows to $41 million (est. annuity; $21 million cash) for this Wednesday, October 28, after no one in any state matched all six winning numbers in the Saturday, October 24 drawing.
Wisconsin had a $20,000 Power Play winner in Saturday’s drawing.
The $20,000 Power Play winning ticket was sold at Korner Stop, 7 S. Mill St. in Barron.
Saturday’s winning Powerball numbers were 14, 22, 38, 49 and 59, with a Powerball of 16. The Power Play prize multiplier number was 02.
The ticket sold in Barron matched four of the five regular numbers drawn Saturday, plus the Powerball. That ticket would normally be worth $10,000, but because the ticket buyer also purchased Powerball’s “Power Play” prize multiplier feature, his prize was multiplied by the Power Play number which was drawn Saturday night. That multiplier was two.
Winners at all prize levels have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes at the Lottery’s Madison or Milwaukee office, or by mail.
No one matched all six winning numbers to claim the jackpot in the Saturday, October 24 Megabucks drawing. Saturday night’s winning Megabucks numbers were 10, 15, 20, 29, 32 and 38. The Megabucks jackpot for Wednesday, October 28 is $1.5 million (estimated annuity).
