$250,000 SPLIT BY NINE

DAYTON - A group of nine will split a $250,000 second-tier prize after matching five numbers in the 10-6-09 Mega Million’s drawing. They are: Scarlet A. Payne - Dayton, James A. Constable - Eaton, Ellen B. Derrick - Dayton, Patricia A. Treadwell - Dayton, George O. Odendo - Dayton, Bobby L. Allen - Trotwood, Vicki D. Parham - New Lebanon, Doris A. Milliner - Trotwood, Donna D. Johnson-Sims - Dayton

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, the group will divide $172,500.

The winning Mega Millions’ numbers were 9-33-51-53-56. The Mega Ball number was 39. They picked the numbers, purchasing the ticket from Speedway. Located at 4051 Salem Avenue in Dayton, Speedway receives a $1,000 bonus for selling a second-tier prize winning ticket.
