TWO LOTTERY PRIZES CLAIMED

Two women have claimed Lottery prizes today, winning a total of $35,012. Diane James of Billings has claimed a $30,012 Powerball with Power Play prize. She bought her winning multi-draw ticket from Zip Trip located at 610 Wicks Lane in Billings.
James purchased a multi-draw ticket, which means it is good for more than one drawing. She bought her ticket for ten consecutive drawings. Diane won $12 on the September 9 drawing and $30,000 on the September 19 drawing. She matched four out of five white balls and the red Powerball, normally a $10,000 prize on the September 19 drawing. Because she added Power Play for just $1 more per play, James tripled her prize to $30,000. The Power Play number for both the September 9 and September 19 drawings was Three, which meant her usual $4 win on September 9 tripled to $12.
Elinor Snyder of Great Falls claimed a $5,000 Wild Card prize. Snyder bought her winning ticket from Town Pump located at 701 North Main Street in Boulder for the September 30 drawing. Snyder matched the five white balls to win the second tier prize in the Wild Card game.
