$61,473 WILD MONEY JACKPOT HIT

The jackpot for Rhode Island’s own progressive jackpot game, Wild Money, was hit last night making one lucky Warwick woman $61,473 richer.
The winner came in to the Lottery Validations office during a quick break from work, and was in absolute shock over her win. She kept saying “This thing happens to other people, not me.” She plans to celebrate her big win, as well as her 40th wedding anniversary, with her husband this weekend. The winning ticket was bought at Cumberland Farms, 5687 Post Rd., East Greenwich.
The Wild Money drawings take place three times a week: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday nights, live on WPRI-TV at 7:29pm.
Saturday’s estimated Wild Money jackpot is $20,000.
