COUPLE CLAIMS SCRATCH PRIZE

Nathan and Jessica Owens of Ogden, UT have claimed a $10,000 Scratch prize from a game called Bingo Buck. Nathan and Jessica bought their winning ticket at Van’s Thriftway located at 306 Euclid Avenue in Helena.
The Owens were in Helena helping Nathan’s sister move when they stopped at Van’s Thriftway and decided to buy a few Scratch tickets. “We bought three Bingo tickets and the first one we scratched was the big winner,” Jessica said.
Nathan said he has never played Scratch tickets before and wanted to try them out. “Utah doesn’t have a Lottery so I’ve never played before,” he explained. The Owens will celebrate their second anniversary on Tuesday and said, “It will be a nice wedding anniversary.”
