PLAYER CLAIMS SCRATCH PRIZE

Charles Magnan of Havre has claimed a $999 prize from a Scratch ticket called Sapphire 9’s. Magnan bought his winning ticket from Town Pump located at 136 First West in Havre.
Magnan said he buys Scratch tickets occasionally but never expected to win nearly $1,000. “I didn’t believe it. I didn’t want to believe it. I actually almost threw the ticket away because I thought it was too good to be true,” Magnan explained.
Magnan said he doesn’t have any immediate plans for the money and also commented that this is the most he’s ever won.
