FIVE PLAYERS COLLECT PRIZES IN COLUMBUS REGION

COLUMBUS - Five players of Ohio Lottery games have won prizes. Eugene Grubb Jr., of Columbus won $1,000,000 on Double Lucky Times 10. Alice M. Higgins of Zanesville won $20,000 on $200 Million Extreme Cash. David A. Szabo of Delaware won $10,000 on $300 Million Extravaganza. Keith N. Burch of Marion won $10,000 on Double Doubler. Wilfred R. Lee of Powell won $10,000 on Cash Vault.
Choosing the cash option at the time of claiming his ticket, Grubb will receive $345,000 after mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent. Grubb purchased the top prize winning ticket from 7-Eleven Food Store. Located at 3700 S. Hamilton Road in Groveport, this retailer receives a $1,000 agent-selling bonus.
After mandatory federal and state taxes of 31 percent, Higgins receives a check for $13,800. Szabo, Burch and Lee will each receive a check for $6,900. Higgins purchased the ticket atb Zane’s Food Mart, 1301 Linden Avenue in Zanesville. Szabo purchased the winning ticket from Delaware Marathon Food Market, 715 Sunbury Road in Delaware. Burch purchased the ticket from Marion Motomart, 1297 S. Prospect Street in Marion. Lee purchased the winning ticket from Yearling Market, 516 S. Yearling Road in Columbus.
