LIBERTY WOMAN CLAIMS $200,003 POWERBALL PRIZE

A Liberty woman is $200,003 richer after claiming her prize from the Aug. 1 Powerball drawing. Margaret Cochran, 47, purchased the winning ticket at QuikTrip, 655 S. 291 Highway in Liberty. She used Quick Pick to select the winning numbers which were: 5,37, 39, 46 and 53. In addition to Cochran’s winnings, QuikTrip, received a check equal to 1 percent of the prize amount - or $2,000 - for selling the winning ticket.
