DAYTON - For a resident of Franklin, “X” marked the spot on an instant game ticket, netting him a top prize. Thomas E. Grays won a $100,000 after scratching the Ohio Lottery’s 20X The Money.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Grays will receive $69,000.

He purchased the winning ticket from Middletown Eaton Sunoco. Located at 1066 Middletown Eaton Road, this agent receives a $1,000 bonus for selling a top prize winning ticket.
