PLAYER CLAIMS $200,000

Melissa Shelton of Clancy is the latest winner in Powerball. Shelton claimed a $200,000 prize from a Powerball ticket she bought at Montana City Store in Montana City for the July 1 drawing.
Shelton bought a $5 Powerball quick pick ticket last week for the July 1 drawing. One play on the $5 ticket matched five white balls, winning the second tier prize of $200,000. The winning numbers for the July 1 drawing were 9-32-38-52-53 and the Powerball was 15.
Shelton didn’t realize she had a winning ticket until Sunday afternoon when she checked the winning numbers on www.montanalottery.com. Overwhelmed and excited about the win, Shelton said she and her husband plan to pay off debt with the windfall.
