NEW ORLEANS RESIDENT CLAIMS HALF OF THE $275,000 LOTTO JACKPOT FROM THE JUNE 13 DRAWING

Virginia Pryor of New Orleans claimed her half of the $275,000 Lotto jackpot from the June 13 drawing. Her ticket was one of two that contained all six winning numbers for Saturday's drawing. The other ticket, purchased in Loranger, has also been claimed.
Pryor's half of the prize was $137,500 and she received $96,250 after federal and state taxes were withheld. The winning numbers were 2-9-20-30-35-36.
She purchased her winning ticket from Royal Convenience Food on Royal Street in New Orleans. Royal Convenience Food will receive a bonus of $1,375 or 1 percent of the prize, for selling a jackpot-winning ticket.
