BEDAZZLED BY $50,000 IN OAKLAND CITY & MANILLA

INDIANAPOLIS – Ruth Dupps of Oakland City and Lucas Higdon of Manilla don't know each other, but both have great taste in winning Lottery products.
Both Dupps and Higdon claimed $50,000 today on brand new Scratch-off game Bedazzled. The Scratch-off game appeared on retailer shelves Friday, June 19.
"I don't know why I picked that game," said Dupps. "I guess because it was new."
"I picked Bedazzled because it was new!" said Higdon. "I was buying the $5 Hot Bingo game but hadn't won anything yet so I decided to try Bedazzled."
Higdon actually won his $50,000 prize off of a previous $5 Bedazzled winner.
Dupps plans to put her winnings in the bank and "just look at it for a while." She and her family also have plans to go out to dinner tonight in Mooresville.
Higdon plans to purchase a new truck, but not to spend all of his money on a new vehicle.
"Maybe just $8,000," said Higdon.
Dupps purchased her winning ticket from Buehler's Buy Low #461 at 122-126 West Morton St. in Oakland City.
Higdon purchased his winning ticket from On the Way Home Mini Mart, Inc. at 9356 West State Rd. 44 in Manilla.
