ATLANTA – Mary Foreman, a great-grandmother of 15, received a grand surprise. She is one of three players each to win $38,325 from matching all five winning numbers in the May 28 Fantasy 5 drawing.

Foreman, 73, purchased her winning ticket at Chevron Food Mart, 1217 Metropolitan Parkway in Atlanta, using a combination of family birthdays. Winning numbers from the May 28 Fantasy 5 drawing were: 8-12-21-23-25. The other jackpot winning tickets were sold in Dunwoody and Rossville.

"One of my daughters called the Georgia Lottery hot line for me and told me that I won," she said. "She almost fell out. I was calm."

According to Foreman, in addition to her great-grandchildren she has 10 adult children and 32 grandchildren, one who is a lottery-funded HOPE Scholarship recipient attending Morehouse College.

She has no immediate plans for her lottery win, only to continue spending time with her family.

"Somewhere along the way, I had a feeling something good was coming," she shared. "Now, I'll need to sit down and think about what I'm going to do."

Georgia Lottery retailers selling winning jackpot Fantasy 5 tickets receive a retailer incentive bonus of $2,000. The retailer incentive bonus increases by $2,000 each time Fantasy 5 rolls. If more than one winning jackpot ticket is sold, the retailers selling the jackpot winning tickets will share the bonus. Chevron Food Mart will share a $4,000 retailer incentive bonus.
