DAYTON - A Middletown resident is the latest winner of a top prize on an Ohio Lottery instant game. Stephanie A. Chupka won $100,000 on Special Edition Cashword.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Chupka will receive a check for $69,000.
She purchased the winning ticket from Meijer, Inc, 3651 Towne Blvd in Franklin. Meijer Inc., receives a $1,000 selling bonus for selling a top prize winning ticket.
