RETIRED GRANDFATHER WINS $25,000 STACKS OF CASH

Charles Kemper of Brooklyn, Kings County is the Lottery’s latest winner of the instant ticket, Stacks of Cash, by revealing a $25,000 jackpot on the ticket.

Kemper, who recently retired from a job on Wall Street last year, received the ticket as a birthday gift from his mother-in-law. He plans on giving back to his family by sharing his winnings with them, including his 13-year-old grandson.

Kemper purchased his winning ticket at M F Discount, 309 Church Ave., Brooklyn. Stacks of Cash is a $10 instant game that offers players 15 chances to win up to $3,000,000. The overall odds of winning any prize are 1:3.88.
