TRENTON, NJ – One lucky New Jersey Lottery player has won the Mega Millions second prize of $250,000 for the Friday, June 19 drawing. The winning ticket, which was sold in Middlesex County , was purchased at National Wine & Liquor, located at 216 Old Bridge Turnpike in South River.
“Congratulations to National Wine & Liquor ,” said the Lottery's Acting Executive Director William T. Jourdain. “ For selling this ticket, they will receive a bonus check for $500. They have become one of the Lottery's most recent ‘lucky locations' overnight.”
While there was no top-prize winner, 58,692 other New Jersey players took home $324,624 in prizes ranging from $2 to $10,000, according to Jourdain.
The winning numbers for the Friday , June 19 drawing were: 04, 09, 12, 16, and 46 and the Gold Mega Ball number was 44. With no winner of the top prize, the Mega Millions jackpot will roll to $68,000,000 for the next drawing, which will be held on Tuesday, June 23 at 11:00 pm on NJN-TV – the New Jersey Network.
