The Springfield American Legion Hall sold a $1 million grand prize winning ticket in the Cool Million instant game from the Massachusetts State Lottery. The organization, which is on East Street in Springfield, will receive a $10,000 commission on the sale.
Cool Millions, a $5 instant game, features ten instant prizes of $1 million. Overall, there are more than 6,300,000 winning tickets in the game.
