OKLAHOMA CITY MAN WINS $10K PLAYING POWERBALL

Oklahoma City – Another Oklahoma City resident is a Powerball winner. Christopher Clark won $10,000 from last Wednesday’s draw. He purchased his winning ticket from the Okie Mini Mart at 4017 SE 29th in Del City.
“My wife woke me up and told me we had won but I was pessimistic,” he said. “I didn’t believe her at first.”
Clark received his winning numbers through Easy Pick but often selects his own numbers as well. When asked about his plans for his winnings, he and his wife have different ideas.
“I want to buy a motorcycle but I know she won’t let me,” said Clark, laughing. “I think we’ll probably pay off our washer and dryer.”
A longtime player, Clark thinks it’s good that the Lottery proceeds help support Oklahoma education.
“Anything that generates money for schools is good.”
