WINNER CHOOSES MILLION-DOLLAR PRIZE IN ANNUITY

CLEVELAND - A Cuyahoga County resident has chosen the annuity prize after winning a top prize on an Ohio Lottery instant game. Reginald Turner of Cleveland won $50,000 yearly for 20 years, a $1,000,000 top prize after scratching $200 Million Extreme Cash.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, yearly Turner will receive a check for $34,500 for the next 20 years.
He purchased the winning ticket from Times Square Market. Located at 3832 Martin Luther King Drive in Cleveland, Times Square Market receives a $10,000 agent bonus for selling a top prize winning ticket.
