Mirna Duran of Grand Island won $1,000 playing the $3 Scratch game Bonus Crossword from the Nebraska Lottery.
Duran purchased her winning Bonus Crossword ticket at Ampride, 3210 W Potash in Grand Island. After scratching the ticket, Duran revealed nine complete words for a corresponding prize of $1,000.
There are nine $1,000 prizes available in the game. Duran is the first person to claim a $1,000 prize in this edition of Bonus Crossword.
