KINDER MAN CLAIMS $11,000 TOP PRIZE FROM SCRATCH-OFF
May 5, 2009
Aniceto Vargas of Kinder likes to play $2 scratch-offs from the Louisiana Lottery, and recently he received an extra surprise -- an $11,000 top prize from an Aces & 8's ticket!

Vargas said he is very happy to be a winner but has no immediate plans for his winnings. He purchased his winning scratch-off from Tobacco Plus #9 on Highway 165 in Kinder.

Aces & 8's is a $2 game that offers a chance to win up to 10 times on each ticket. The game has two $11,000 top prizes remaining as of May 2.
