MEGA MILLIONS® JACKPOT SOARS TO $220 MILLION
April 30, 2009
SACRAMENTO – How does a $220 million early retirement plan sound? Well, all it takes is $1 and a dream. Since no one matched all six numbers in Tuesday night’s MEGA Millions draw, the California Lottery is excited to announce that the jackpot for tomorrow night has grown to an astounding $220 million, the largest lottery jackpot in the nation.

To win the grand prize, players must choose the selected five numbers plus the Mega number. The winning numbers are announced at 8 p.m., and all tickets for tomorrow night’s draw must be purchased from a local retailer before 7:45 p.m.
