DAVID AND KIMBERLEY MACKINNON NEWEST ATLANTIC CANADIANS TO BECOME ‘SET FOR LIFE’

Moncton, (NB) – If you didn’t believe in luck before, you may be tempted to become a believer after you hear this winning story. The need for a little change to pay the babysitter is all it took for David and Kimberley to become the latest Atlantic Canadians ‘Set For Life’. It was the married couple’s first date without the kids in six months when they stopped at the Needs in Pictou to break a twenty. The purchase of that winning ticket gave them change in more ways than they ever expected.
Kimberley was in shock after revealing her win and had to double-check the rules of the Game with David. “When Kim said well if three Set for Life icons means we won Set For Life, at first, I didn’t believe her,” chuckled David. “After I looked at the ticket and seeing the three ‘Set For Life’ symbols we all just started celebrating.”
David and Kimberley have not decided whether they’ll take the $1000 a week for 25 years or the lump sum win of $675,000, but they’ll take the month to think about.
One thing that they didn’t have to think too hard about though was the decision to buy a new car. David is thrilled for Kim to drive their very first brand-new car , although they’ve not yet pin-pointed exactly what kind it will be.
