WEST CHESTER MAN WINS $250,000

CINCINNATI – A resident of West Chester knows that second can be “the best,” especially when playing the Ohio Lottery’s Mega Millions game. Edmond F. Sockman won $250,000 a second-tier prize after matching five numbers in the 4-17-09 drawing.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Sockman will receive a check for $172,500.

Sockman purchased the second-tier prize winning ticket from West Chester Marathon Express, 7809 Cincinnati Dayton Road in West Chester. He used auto lotto. The winning numbers were 5-13-26-35-45. The mega ball number was 32.West Chester Marathon Express receives a $1,000 bonus for selling a second-tier winning ticket.
