Michael Holland of North Branch won $500,000 by playing the Lottery’s $500,000 Cash Craze scratch game.
Holland claimed the prize today at the Lottery’s headquarters in Roseville.
He purchased the winning ticket at Casey’s General Store, located at 6162 Main St. in North Branch.
The $500,000 Cash Craze scratch game is a $20 ticket that offers a top prize of $500,000. There are currently three of four $500,000 top prizes and four of five $50,000 prizes remaining. The overall odds of winning a prize by playing $500,000 Cash Craze are 1 in 2.94.
